In order to meet the needs of different customers, the engineering department has set up a number of project teams, each group has professional engineers for control, the project leader has rich project organization ability and technical research coordination ability, equipped with full-time ID design, mold design, speaker development, PCB design, tooling design, sample production, technical document production, test and testing and other technical personnel to assist in development; We have purchased professional electroacoustic test instruments such as ANC chamber, B&K simulated head, SOUNDCHECK, sunlight and other experimental equipment to ensure the rationality of design and product quality.
With a team of professionals, each customer has its own exclusive service team, its team in addition to exclusive business personnel, in addition to design and development team, from the initial industrial design (ID), software and hardware (SW, HW), electroacoustic (AE), electronic design (EE) and mechanical design (ME), each project is by the exclusive project management personnel (PM/PJM) for project schedule control and inter-department communication and coordination, and then by the procurement department according to the value analysis to find the right quality. The raw materials with preferential prices are combined with DQE for product confirmation design and professional factory production, and finally QA/QE for quality control to ensure the quality of each product.
